EarlySignal Terms of Service
Effective: August 15, 2026 · Version 2026-08-15
These Terms govern access to EarlySignal. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
The service
EarlySignal analyzes public YouTube evidence to surface repeated audience questions, explain why a decision may be timely, create grounded production briefs, and measure linked published videos. Recommendations are research assistance, not a promise of views, revenue, or virality.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that defeats workspace or plan limits.
Acceptable use
Do not use EarlySignal to violate law or third-party rights, obtain private data, harass people, evade platform controls, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or submit malicious code. Do not represent generated analysis as guaranteed fact without reviewing its linked evidence.
Plans and pilots
A free trial begins when a live YouTube channel is connected and normally lasts 14 days. Paid pilots, complimentary access, price, duration, and scope may be agreed separately. During market validation, payment may use an external Stripe Payment Link; Stripe handles payment information under its own terms. Expired accounts retain read access to existing decisions, briefs, results, and account export, but new monitoring and digest delivery stop.
Your content and public evidence
You retain rights in content and notes you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display them within the service. Public YouTube material remains subject to its owners' rights and YouTube's terms. Evidence links are provided for verification and may later become unavailable at the source.
Intellectual property
EarlySignal software, branding, ranking methods, and product design belong to EarlySignal and its licensors. Except for the access expressly granted by your plan, no rights are transferred.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but beta and pilot features can change and may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We may suspend access needed to protect users, evidence integrity, or platform security.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid EarlySignal in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal necessity, or nonpayment after reasonable notice when practicable. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.
